If someone was to stay on for additional days whilst travelling but this is not for work purposes then, providing the School approves the extra stay and informs the Insurance Team then they would still be covered.

Also the traveller can only have a maximum of 7 non work related days. The entire length of time must be approved at School level i.e Head of School
