Thank You Gifts

The School can give gifts as gestures of thanks to speaker or visitors who are not receiving a fee for their time. 

Any gift must not exceed £50 in value.  Gift vouchers cannot be given. 

We would expect these gifts to be purchased by the College Finance Team and only purchased personally then claimed back as a last resort.  Please contact AHSS Finance in the first instance.  The names of the recipient will need to be given together with the event details or reason when requesting the purchase or on a claim.
