Brook St - Temp to Perm

The contract with Brook Street states:

 

 

 

Provided the Client has followed an equal opportunities process for advertising the post and the Agency Worker has applied, been interviewed and been successful, no fee shall be payable. 

 

If the Agency is offered a permanent post where the Client has not followed this process, the charges set out in this schedule will apply:

 

 

 

Weeks of continued full time employment %

 

 

 

0-4 weeks – 15% of Salary

 

4-8 weeks – 12.5% of Salary

 

8-12 weeks – 10% of Salary

 

13 weeks + - Free of Charge
