Paying for HR Courses booked on Core

I can’t give advice on INSRV courses, as I don’t deal with them, but for HR Staff Development courses you do not need to raise a purchase order, I will raise and IDT for each College/School/Department on a monthly basis. Finance process this IDT for me and then I send the IDT to each area for information.
