Internal Trade - how its works...

Internal Trade works by creating a supplier record for a School or Department. This allows other Schools or Departments to place an order for goods or services internally. The order generated is then emailed to the supplying School/Department (MLANG in this case), and when the goods/services are received, the School or Department receipts the order in Oracle which will then generate a payment to credit the account provided by the internal supplier.
