Multiple Booking reference

If you need to book travel for more than one person you will need to use a Multiple Booking reference - not the AHSS or AHHT reference instead you need to create a reference and then email AHSS-Finance so First Contact is aware.

For example I have had to book flights for Alison and Mike so I created the reference AHML1002AJ which stands for AHML (Mulitple) 1002 (next number is my sequence) AJ (my initials)

I have then sent this to AHSS-Finance for FC
