Reporting and Costing Team

Purpose:- To provide management Information to enable Heads of School and School Managers to

manage their allocation of School Budget whilst assisting all other budget holders manage their individual budgets.

Primary Tasks :-

• Produce spend –vs- budget and ad hoc reports
• Provide costing support and assist with setting budgets
• Forecast spend and identify trends
• Provide transaction statements for projects and school accounts

We can help by:-

• Providing monthly reporting packs with commentary of the financial position
• School salary forecast
• Continuous development of the reports.
